With 30 years on ground as a development worker, I have worked with communities and issues of people while working with leading International & Indian NGOs- Action Aid, TISS, CRY, Concern India, ChildFund, Educo, ActionAgainstHunger. Worked as Gender expert with USAID project, conducted several Gender trainings and strategy exercises for NGOs. Have worked during emergencies and disasters which gave me a different perspectiveof life and work. Today I stand up with pride and happiness, having gone through it all..what a journey!!
